My husband and I moved in a month ago and have nothing but good things to say about our experience. Tammy, the apartment manager has been great to work with! We moved in from out of state and she was so accommodating to our needs! When we arrived here, it was after hours. However, we were welcomed enthusiastically by Tammy. Also, I have to add that there was brand new kitty litter, a litter box, a water bowl, a food bowl, food and even a little kitty toy waiting for our cat!! She went above and beyond beyond! Shes knew we were driving a long distance with our cat and providing these things to make our move-in easier for not just us, but our "baby" as well! We were so impressed with this! There was also bottled water, laundry soap and fabric sheets!! I've never had this much care from an apartment manager!! She's amazing!! We love our apartment and all of the amenities here! We have access to a gym, a hot tub, a pool and a nice club house. The two bedroom apartment we moved into is spacious with a wood-burning fire place, a washer and dryer and a nice balcony deck. The view we have is really pretty off our deck and the area we live in is close to everything! We're in the city, but we still have beautiful flowers and green trees to look at. We recommend Woodbrook! They will take care of you!

We recently view an apartment here with Tammy. She was awesome! Welcoming and very friendly. We are waiting for our application to go through but my husband son and I are really looking forward to moving in here. The apartments are very large. Fireplaces, pool and spa are a plus!

I lived at Woodbrook for a year and am currently planning to make the move back. Tammee is actually a great manager. She know every one of her tenants by name, apartment, and situation. I don't really understand the poor reviews on here. It really is a great place to call home. The only problem is the neighborhood. It is a bit shady and there is a fair amount of crime in the surrounding areas.

Have to admit at first I was skeptical but since I have been here the new manager has made some really good changes. Since I didn't know the old manager I can not say too much other then I have not heard good reviews from residents that were here prior to this manager. Location is great, the apartments have alarm systems which is what sold me as a single parent. Every place has it's down falls but this place really isn't bad at all.
