If I could give more stars I would !!!! we just moved to everett a little less than a month ago and had 9 complex’s we checked out. Helm was the very first one and set a very high standard. By the end of the tours we knew we wanted to stay here. The apartments are incredibly gorgeous and everyone in the office is so helpful! pool, gym and other areas are always super clean which you don’t see nowadays. If you’re looking to move somewhere definitely check this place out!

Me and my partner has been living here for about a month, and Dotty has been very nice to us she welcomed us with opened arms. I love the community it definitely feels like a home and everyone is super sweet ! I do not regret moving into the Helm. If anyone is considering moving here it definitely is a great choice in my opinion!

My overall stay at the Helm has been positive. It did start off a bit rocky, but throughout time it’s gotten better. Parking is definitely an issue as at times none is available and you worry about being towed (still waiting for my garage). It does seem like parking adjustments are being made which I hope do help. Noise from neighbors upstairs continues to be a challenge which can be frustrating. For whatever reason it’s like they have an in apartment gym and are doing dead lifts throughout the whole day even though we have a 24 hour gym.. did they lose their fob or something? (I know it’s $75 to replace) Dotty has been great. Easy to communicate and do business with. It’s a relief when you have someone who cares about what they do. Apartments are practically brand new. Interior is really nice and the appliances work great. Maintenance staff has been prompt to any issues that arise.

Apartments are new modern and beautiful. The management team is great. Dotty is always very helpful and friendly! She’s very attentive to any concerns! The amenities are always well maintained & clean! The gym has a great variety of machines and is very clean. Overall love living here. Thank you helm!

Hello Leon, our pricing here at Helm changes daily. Our current pricing for our smaller 2 bedroom is $1922 for a second floor, 18 month lease. While our bigger 2 bedroom home is $2065 for a second floor, 18 month lease option. Give us a call for all current pricing at 425-522-2922.
