Lots of maintenance issues; our maintenance guy is super friendly, but we are frustrated with things being temporarily fixed. Bath tub was supposed to be "brand new" but it's been painted over. Paint is chipping and it looks gross underneath the paint. Wanted to size up apartments, but they want $800+ more a month than what we pay now for one additional bedroom. "We just go by current market value." This is not fair to someone who wants to stay at the property but can't exactly afford 1.5X what they're currently paying. If this is how all of Thrive is operating in a recession, we will not be renewing nor using any Thrive locations for a home again. We were warned about this company via other reviews before we moved here, but we came from across the country in a pinch to be housed for work.

The hot water heater decided to start leaking about 4 hours before I awoke on a Saturday morning. I called the after hours service number right away and they had someone come by, take out the old heater and sucked up as much water as we could and let it all dry with a carpet dryer. Everything was completed by 2:30 that afternoon.

Quick and efficient. Enjoy that everything is online and the welcome packet had very clear instructions which made move in easy. Staff is great! Enjoying the property! On a temporary contract for work and they made the short term rental process easy. Adding additional months is easy too!

The location is good, the unit is nice with good living space. Some appliances need update, we have a washer that makes so much noise like a helicopter and a dryer that takes 3x cycle before the clothes is dry even if I split the load in half. There is a leak/running water in the tub's faucet which didn't get fix until 2 weeks after we notified the office. My absolute complain is not having an assign parking, at least one for each unit considering the amount of rate/money they charge for rent monthly. There are more assigned car port to make more money than assigning one stall to each unit first. Unlike other aparment we have live before, they have a parking system where each unit is assigned a stall with the unit# mark on the parking stall included with the rent. Then, the rest are assigned for car port with a monthly fee. The management should have prioritize giving one assigned stall included with the rent fee. It's ridiculous, knowing that some cars I've notice don't even have parking sticker on it to verify that they are tenants. Some cars I noticed are parked longer than a week in the same spot with no stickers to indicate they are tenant. However, when I bring concerns to the office and request a work order for maintenance and repair. I appreciate the response from Desiree, Marcos, Easton, and Jeremy. Desiree is very helpful and professional. Marcos is knowledgeable about what his doing when he does repair. He finally, fixed the noisy washer but dryer still doesn't dry the clothes well. Which I have to do more cycles at least 3x before it's completely dry which consumes more energy and time wasted. Also, ground maintenance could be improve. We see trash all over and some garbage bins are overflowed with trash, some tenants just leave their trash on the side which the wind blows and make a mess. Overall, the property is great. They currently doing roof repair and replacement. I wouldn't say it's great for the rate rent per month but there's a lot of room for improvements. Staff are friendly. 🙂👍

Parking is a problem for EVERY apartment complex in WA state. It doesn't matter what property or city. Want parking? Have no over night visitors, push out the druggie- homeless and have people move back to Cali or wherever they came from 😆

hi i would like to ask how much is 2 bedroom?
