This review is directed to a salesman, Ricky Marzini. We have purchased 2 motorhomes from Ricky in the past 5 years. The first RV was an awesome 30' Class C. When we were ready to move up to a Class A Ricky recommended a coach that was perfect for our needs. What impressed us about working with Ricky, and ultimately made the purchases quick and stress free, is that he listened to exactly what we were looking for and directed us to the perfect coaches. With such a variety of RVs to choose from, most that don't fit our needs, it was so nice to have someone who listened and was so knowledgeable of what the RV industry had offer that it was easy for us to make purchases.

We are so happy with our recent purchase from Poulsbo RV Everett, especially the incredible service we received from our Sales Consultant, Ricky Marzini. We’ve been looking for a coach for about 6 months and since this is our first one, we wanted to make sure it was everything we were looking for. Like most people, we scoured the internet for the best deal but sometimes the best deal is not always the best deal. We found a similar model in Texas but not having a local dealer was a concern, especially since we’ll be using this a great deal and we’ve heard great things about Poulsbo and taking care of their customers. Ricky gave us an incredible deal and he has gone above and beyond! In fact, we called him several times on the road, asking some “how to” questions we had and he was so helpful and patient every time. He’s always been available to help and just a great guy overall. Kind, trustworthy and he took care of us throughout the whole process. I’m giving Poulsbo RV Everett a perfect five star! They are that good and I’d go back to them every time when looking for an RV or luxury coach.

I bought a New 23ft R-POD, Brand new When I picked it up I was informed it had a problem with the shower head(no pressure ) they said it would be A factory problem. The Poulsbo RV Service debt of Everett said they would take care of it. Also after my first trip of 200 mi (got) I noticed the front wheel bearing was loose. I informed the service debt 4 times in total, so its been 8 months since I purchased the trailer and still no contact from them I have left messages still no contact I want to buy a bigger RV ,But I will NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM POULSBO RV AGAIN!!! They got there sale and that was the end of it.

They're always professional with the best selection of RV's is the PNW. Be very careful of any dealer boasting "Luxury" nearby. They'll promise the world, and Seriously Under-Deliver... Especially on your consignment. Poulsbo RV is the only fully equipped dealer in the area to handle your consignment needs, from start to finish, in a timely manner. Be aware... Very Aware!
