I never write reviews but Drive Auto deserves one. To start I came in with absolutely no knowledge of how to fix a specific issue with my car. Not only did Robert guide me through the process of which parts to purchase and which ones to not, but he explained everything in depth. These guys did an amazing job, and when a completely separate issue arose a day after me picking up my car. They got my car back into the shop and immediately got it taken care of. I'd also like to add, that I called multiple times with hundreds of questions, and they answered every single one with no hesitation. When I stated what my budget was for the repair they did everything the could to stay in it. For someone who is as inpatient as I am, they have a digital system that lets you monitor all of the reports and everything going on with your car in real time. Juan helped me so much in scheduling and even when my car was done and I wasn't able to pick it up. He went above and beyond to arrange a way to make it work. MOST IMPORTANT: I had also planned on tunning my car, after an inspection of my engine they found that my car was not suited for it. And instead of taking my money and risking damage. They informed me and let me know it was not something they were willing to do. Which goes to show just what kind of shop this is and how much they value their work I've found my new shop for everything related to my Subaru. Thank you so much Drive Auto team.

Horrible experience, my 2008 subaru wrx was in there getting work done to it and it was stolen along with 3 other subarus and a Mazda. My car was supposed to be placed inside at night. Well one of the new employees was supposed of put my car in the shop that night but didn't and also didn't turn on the fenced area alarm system. My 08 subaru wrx ended up getting stolen and now I'm without a vehicle. Horrible experience. Beware of this place

I refuse to take my vehicles anywhere but Drive and their partner All Wheel Drive Auto. These are the most honest people I have ever dealt with in the industry. They have never pushed me into spending money I don't need to spend, and are always extremely transparent in their assessment of my vehicles. They just got done building my dream machine, its a 426 hemi powered 2018 Challenger. Even though parts took forever due to the supply chain issues, they were with me every step of the way making sure I wasn't in the dark. When everything was in, they built the entire platform, tuned it, and got everything put back together in under a month. The car runs like a dream and I cannot wait to get it out of break-in. Seriously, if you need performance work done in the PNW. TAKE YOUR CAR TO DRIVE. At least let them give you a second opinion, you won't regret it.

I wanted to wait a few months to share my review of Drive Auto….Tucker…Robert…YOU GUYS ROCK! I am a bit of a novice at modifying my car, so I knew I needed help getting my coilovers and my Edelbrock supercharger installed on my 2020 Subaru BRZ. At no point during my time working with them did I feel talked-down-to or made to feel shy about asking [rudimentary] tuning questions. The pricing was transparent and I knew I was getting the quality I was paying for. As far as the work, the engine bay is spotless; every bolt and hose looks like the photos in the guide. The car is perfect after 2k miles. I asked for a conservative tune as this car is my daily and they hit it spot-on. The idling issues and a CEL I had with a previous remote tune are gone and the power feels so linear. As mentioned above, Drive Auto also installed some coilovers and did an alignment for me. Beforehand, I told them I was putting a wider tire on but didn’t have them on-hand yet. They did the install and my new [wider] tires fit perfect - not bad for doing it without a physical reference. Can’t say enough about these guys. I found them via Google and saw some reviews and thought “hey, they look to do performance stuff.” The shop is much more than that. You can tell they care about the cars and the culture. Keep rocking guys; see you on the back roads!

We absolutely work with FWD cars at the shop. Our dyno is perfect for high horsepower cars that are normally traction limited! Check out our blog for details on our Dynapack Chassis Dyno.
