This shop is the most dishonest and trustworthy!!! You will get ripped off and the work will never get completed! I took in my RAM 3500 for transmission oil change, I purchased 8qts of oil, transmission filter and oil pan gasket from dealership and brought it to them to do a service. I came an hour later to get my truck and the guys said they changed everything, but I noticed that my oilpan gasket wasn't used. At first I assumed that they have reused the old gasket but then I decided to crawl under my truck and see whats up. The oil pan was never removed, but my oil filter that should of been replaced inside the transmission was gone. I drove back to the shop and and after a little confrontation with the guys they brought my filter back and said that transmission was too hot to take down oilpan and replace the transmission filter....,so they lied to me that the service was done and charged me $150 for service they never performed!! And they tried to steal my transmission filter that costed $125 alone. this Syrian people at the shop are the most dishonest and trustworthy!!!

Popped in here because it's close to work and I needed a smattering of things done - mileage inspection, general maintenance, and a belt replacement. These guys are fantastic - They handled everything that needed doing, were very communicative, and their office banter is hilarious! Thanks, gents!

I brought my 2011 Ford Explorer into their shop after my roommate got mad at me and put antifreeze in my oil compartment apartment they told me that my engine was blown and I needed to have a new one put in. The "they gave me was for $5000 it would take 4 weeks and they said that They said that the rebuilt motor they were going to put in would cost me $5000 that it would have less miles on it than my original motor which was at 74000 miles when I brought it in when I brought it in and that it would take 4 weeks to do the work. For 3 months I kept calling them every other week to find out when it was gonna be done done and they kept giving me the run aroundOne excuse after another after 3 months when I finally picked it up instead of having less than 74000 miles on it it had almost 90000 miles on it.it had it had almost 90000 miles on it and they charged me $6700. When I hot my vehicle home to Spokane where I had just moved to everything started going wrong with my vehicle . Within one week my power steering went out and when ever I would turn right my car would de and they had told me they were going to fix my terrain management fault which they charged me an extra $1300 for and that was not fixed also my car would no longer ger drive in a straight line and within 4 weeks the alternator went out along with the starter and I went all the way back to everett from Spokane to talk to them about thrse issues and they basically told me I was on my own. Worst auto repair shop I've ever been to.
