Worst phone company I ever did business with. I went in to buy a new phone like the one I already had but, the clown 🤡 at the register said he was to busy to do his job. He spent more time telling how I needed to make a appointment to buy a phone than if he just did his job and rang it up. So now I'm with T-Mobile. It's much better service and people. Do yourself a huge favor and go across the street to T-Mobile. It cost less also with much better coverage.

TLDR: 4 Associates standing around just face to their phones for over an hour while i was attempting to order a phone online for store pick up. I would never let any of my employeese act like this group did, i came into the store looking to upgrade a line on my verizon plan. right out from stating that they told me they cannot help with this because you need an appointment and said its better to just order the phone online and get store pick up. they wouldent even acknowledge me after this or even assist in seeing if a device was available for over an hour no one even asked if i had other questions also during this time only One other customer came in. There seems to be allot of time and company money wasted at this location. all 4 associates ignored me while i was in the store for over an hour looking at devices and attempting to order the phone online. they just kept their faces planted to their phones or in the back room laughing loudly that i could hear it. at one point there was two of them in the back room another went outside leaving one associate in the lobby by them self, the device was going to be a gift for mothers day, but it may just have to wait.

Verizon in general has become very over priced but 3 days in a row I’ve tried to come in to get help with my account and I’m quoted at 2 hrs when I can see employees standing around doing nothing on their tablets. Don’t expect to get much help from this location. “We do appointments”.. yea well you told that to some old lady when I came in behind her on my first attempt who was on time and I guess got pushed back anyway so I guess in general they just don’t care about good business. My dad died… I have no account info to pay my bill or see what the plan is and now I’m stuck waiting for a 45 min call back since that’s faster than being helped at this location. I wish their was an option for 0 stars because why they don’t separate billing/account from repairs is a joke. Repairs always take longer and just nonchalantly quoting 2 hrs is ridiculous

Everyone stands around doing nothing and no help. Came in once with them walking around talking to each other telling us to wait and then finally when they finished their discussion one decided to ask if we need help. We came back a second time where they told us it would be an hour wait. Come back to ask how much longer he says another 2 hours. He saw we had a baby with us he should’ve told us that wait time added so we could leave.

You have to make an appointment. But when I went, they came to the door and asked what I need. So if its not busy you most likely would be let in. I made an appointment via my My Verizon app.

What ever happened to customer service! Now I call and have to listen to a bunch of questions and just through a bunch of hoops onley to not be able to talk to CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

They will not help you get a new phone. I went there last week and was told at curbside that I had to buy a new phone online and set it up myself. I was not very happy about it. When my new phone came I went back to them to see if they could activate it for me and again curbside I was told no. They gave me a number to call for step by step instructions.
