I bought a multipot with lid when they sold directly to the public. The handle snapped off the pot, which is supposed to be made of stainless steel. The item is useless. There are two holes where the handle used to be and no way to safely pour when hot. I will not ever buy their products again. There is no way to contact the company to get a replacement. It's all wholesale.

The FROZEN ICE POP MAKER has a MAJOR problem. The pop cycles are always frozen to the plastic mold. and can only be removed by submerging the entire 10 pop cycle mold in hot water or using a hair dryer on the ones you want to unstick from the plastic mold. This is a ridiculous design flaw.

False labeling. Package says "stainless steel". Jelly strainer set is NOT what they claim. It rusts, turns black where the berry juice comes in contact with it, imparts a NASTY taste and smell to the juice. I do NOT recommend this product nor do I recommend this company as there is no place to complain about a product UNLESS you are a wholesaler.
