New place for me to go for self wash! Made a same day appointment for a 5:30 self wash. The two folks working there were super sweet (I think one was Eli?) and walked me through things. I even heard them walking through and supporting a lady bathing their dog in the next station over answering questions. My favorite part is their hydrosurge. With anywhere from 1-4" of coat on this lil man, it made washing him SO much easier. The store was quiet, so I'm not sure how it looks when it's really busy, but I was super happy with my time there. def coming back. Also, when I left my own bottles of shampoo/conditioner, they called so I could come pick them back up.

They're the best. They clip my dog's nails although even my veterarian refuses without giving him sedation. He's now getting used to it with much less anxiety. I love all the bathing tools and cleansing products.

It was WAR!!! My bull terrier buddy had a love hate relationship and staff walked me through.. marched me through the battlefield that is Mr Malones grooming. He’s feeling like a puppy again. Thank you :-)

Took my half Anatolian shepherd/half standard poodle there to be groomed. He was HIGHLY matted and looked like a hot mess. They were wonderful. They were NOT judgmental when I explained his lapse in grooming and completely understood. Their pricing was AWESOME compared to other quotes I received. When I came to pick him up he was running around and playing with the other dogs having a blast! They were excellent and I highly recommend Mackenzie!

We scheduled an appointment. Usually the nail trim is included in the wash. Using a drummel was an extra $10 for our dog, but he was under 20lbs.
It was $27 for self wash! Nothing to bring. they have a variety of shampoo and conditioner scents and towels! They also have face wash for your pup, ear wipes, tooth brushes, and coat brushes! They also have various sizes of leash things to secure your dog so they dont try to jump out of the tub! They also provide complimentary nail clipping (one of the employees do it) after you're done with the bath
At DogDay 2 it is 15.00 for a nail trim and 25.00 for a drummel, service is walk-in :)
