Buyer be warned: Store is ok, but don't buy any custom order or vanities from them as they will put you through hell and back for any issues that arise. Spent a ton of money on James Martin vanities, quality turned out to be really poor (metal fatigue on hinges etc) and over a year and counting for warranty (every sleazy tactic and incompetence you can imagine to make me give up). Floor and Decor has been giving me the craziest run around, customer service takes forever to reply, keeps asking for the same pictures etc over and over, and is fully focused on getting me to sign a "release of liability" form for a measly 30 dollar check on a vanity that costed thousands. Do yourself a favor and stick with Home Depot (much much better) or a local shop. Their gamble is you will value your time more than the issue and give up.

Their return policy is misleading. The policy states that returns over 90 days will be returned for store credit. Unfortunately, that is untrue. For greater accuracy and transparency, the return policy really should read “no returns over 90 days”. Be very cautious of your project timeline, as they suggest that you overbuy flooring and there is a very real possibility that you will not be able to return your unused, unopened extra flooring materials.

With a very limited selection of solid bamboo already at the store. There was none in stock. I was given a quote of over $6,000 for what I needed, and that it would be in "whenever it arrived". According to the employee that gave the quote that flooring was already beyond it's scheduled arrival date. I went home to search other stores, and to place my order online only to find that I couldn't place the order, because the amount I wanted wasn't in stock. I will be searching for my flooring elsewhere.

We were told to do it in store when we were in store. Might be a phone option. We thought so, but didn't verify.
I'm not sure they check this. It's a forum for other users to answer questions. Their website has a very detailed and accurate inventory store by store. Hope this helps.
