Very disappointed... I needed a new bedroom set, they didn’t have the set I wanted in king size Brand new but the sales associate said they had a use one for $500. I didn’t really want a use set but they reassured me there was very minimal damage so I thought why not especially for that price. After 6 months, I started to think when is this going to be paid off since they we’re taking funds every two weeks automatically from my bank account for the last 6 months. I was told I still had a $650 balance, which didn’t seem right. I was told my set was $890 despite my contract saying the cash price was $536. I provided this agreement to the store manager and all he could say was that’s not correct, I don’t know why it says that but here’s another contract you signed. If I would have known I was paying $1800 I would of purchased a brand new set. Long story short, please pay attention to what you are signing and read the contact thoroughly. That was an error on my part, so I’m only to blame. I just paid the balance to get it over with but I will definitely not be giving them business again.

I've been a customer at this particular Rent-A-Center for many years. I just did recent business with them and their customer service is impeccable. They have always done whatever they could to work with me in hard times and hard situations where I had to be days or two late on a payment. I just want to say a great big thank you to all the employees at this Rent-A-Center expecially Ben, you guys have been the greatest thanks. I would recommend them to anyone.

When they have customers at the desk or are browsing the store,they won't answer the phones.they concentrate on customers that are shopping or paying their bills in person.have been a long time customer,so I know this
I sent an email asking you guys to stop. I did talk to the store manager. He sent your goons to collect the item I was trying to RTO. And they finally caught me with my door open and walked right inside my apartment before I could tell them not too. Bad business. I hope you fail.
