Called for help after my car shredded a wheel on the highway. Operator of the truck put two dents in my car and then SPIT ON IT after I called him out on it.. this company is ran by degenerate losers

So a couple weeks ago I left my car in a parking lot where it was towed by this company. I was told several times by this company that the car was not in their possession. We presumed it to have been stolen. After nearly 2 weeks, the cops called me to let me know the car was in fact, in Ron May's towing. The business had gotten the Vin number incorrect on the car. After sitting in towing nearly 2 weeks, it would cost almost $1600 to get it out. Obviously this was wavied due to business error. However we still had to pay the 420$ to get it out. Which I guess is the charge for using their equipment etc. Upon getting our car back the whole left side of thr bumper was practically fallen off. The left bumper under my left light. The business admitted fault during the towing process. We still had to pay the 420. This is the worst business I have been to. Very rude and disrespectful front desk lady. I am 100% filing a higher up complaint as you don't just damage peoples car and not pay for it.

They tell you lies over tha phone you get there and the unprofessional female sits behind glass and is straight rude and disrespectful. Hence why she runs her mouth cuz shes sitting there behind glass . Eventually what goes around comes around Karen. There's a life principle and you should conduct yourself as a lady or even You should treat people how you expected to be treated.

Very great customer service here. Friendly and patient staff. I had my car towed because of a mix up at an apartments visitor parking. They worked together with the apartments to come up with the best fair solution for me. I came to pick up my car and they were very understanding and kind. I usually have bad experiences in the past with tow companies but this would be the first good experience. Of course no one likes to pay but they were understanding and polite and we worked out the most fair option for my specific situation.
