After talking with the management regarding my Fiance and her having terminal cancer I soon realized that they are not your average tow company. We were able to come up with a solution that's fair and understandable. I personally want to thank them and I would recommend anyone to use there services of any kind whether it's business or personal service such as recovery of keys locked in your vehicle. They actually cared for my situation and I firmly believe that if it were any other local tow truck company we would have lost our vehicle. They have compassion. Thank you, Brett
Brett Dundas, Your Wife's vehicle was towed as it was parked in someone else's spot at the apartment complex. we do indeed have signage at that location, and our pricing is regulated by the WSP as to how much to charge. I'm sorry about your wife's disability, but, it had nothing to do with the tow.
