went in to refinance our car with them. The lady told my husband I will either call you before 5 tonight or by 10:00 AM tomorrow. Well that didn't happen. So my husband called them after work today and was told it was denied. Then they had the nerve to tell him one of the reasons was because over 18 years ago he had a bankruptcy and they claim he had a card with Woodstone Credit Union and he had to pay that before they would do a loan. Now remind you we already have a car loan with them!!!! I am ashamed to say I use to work for this Credit Union but when I did it wasn't to big for its britches.

The CEO & MANAGER are unprofessional, arrogant & were NOT helpful. Some staff are poorly trained. I have been intimidated, reprimanded & bullied by the male manager & CEO. They took my debit card without cause after I deposited some money in the atm machine. When I called the CEO to explain how I was being treated & informed him about the bullying & lousy service, he was not empathetic nor helpful either. In retaliation, the manager called the fraud department at my other bank twice. I HAVE NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH ANY BANK TELLERS OR MANAGERS AT ANY OTHER BANK. PLEASE, DO NOT BANK HERE. THANK YOU.

They are always very courteous and helpful (the tellers). I stop in at times to complete some deposits, or simple transactions. I use them as a shared branch from my BECU, and Denali FCU accounts. I'drecommend them, and if they ever have a new member sign up promo where you get some cash in your account, or a higher interest rate I will open an account! Working as a shared branch if you are not a Qualstar member, there are some limitations on what they can do. Looks like that has happened with these negative reviews. If you don't bank with them directly, don't expect them to be able to do 100% of what your credit union does. However, they do their best to go above & beyond for each customer.

You can use the applications mobile deposit feature. Thos will often make a portion available. Often, depending on circumstances, you can call and have more released.
