Very misleading ads. You have to qualify for financing for a device if you can't pay it all upfront. Qualification standards seem ridiculously high for no reason. Usually offer pitifully small amounts leaving you to pay the difference between the finance amount you were approved for and the total price of the device before you can take possession of it. You're better off going through your cell provider to get a new device or through buy/sell apps. Just don't do business with these people at any of their locations.

When I was told this store sold pre-owned devices I was not expecting this kind of service. The guys working here are pretty knowledgeable and the devices are in really good condition and have a nice presentation with a well packaged box and charger included along with a nice warranty. I will give this phone a try and if it works well I know where I will be coming back when I need new phones.
