When they have customers at the desk or are browsing the store,they won't answer the phones.they concentrate on customers that are shopping or paying their bills in person.have been a long time customer,so I know this
Very true i have been with them for years and they dont answer the phone. Its always mainly hank working but being in a business its highly unprofessional when u gotta call more then 5 times just to get through. Its happening today lol ive called 3 times already
Not true lol I’ve been a long time customer and they have always answered calls ASAP . I’ve called 2 days straight and no answer . I got a call back 5 min after this, HANK is the best and will always be the best at Everett RAC
