Great help. Everytime I go in either dropping off e-waste or most recently getting a new battery and upgrading some battery cables. Always very helpful and make sure to help me get what I need with information of other options. Keep up the good work guys

The owner or manager tested our battery and told us it was bad and sold us another battery. When the new battery didn't solve the problem we called to say we wanted our old battery (core) back. He called the next morning saying that he pulled the old battery and tested it again and it was in fact still good. He knew it was good when he tested it the first time but wanted a sale. Very dishonest! Will not go back.

I contacted Pacific Power Batteries for an emergency service when my car battery expired at the wrong place and time. I was in the Providence Hospital in Everett when I decided to call PPB. I was not sure if they render on call service outside the store they are located. Travis arrived at the hospital parking garage to replace the bad battery. Everything went smoothly. Thank you so much. I appreciated highly your commitment in providing satisfactory service.

For many years, Pacific Batteries has been my "Go-To" place for all things battery related. During my most recent visit to the Everett store, Lexie's patience, knowledge, and professional assistance help solve several challenges I had with getting my truck and camper ready for a winter ski trip. She even took the time to actually go outside and look at my setup, then find the right parts I needed. Thanks again for the great service! Dave

Yes, $6 each!
You sure can. Most vehicle installs take 5-10 minutes and usually cost $15 for the install.
Yes, we will pay cash for an extra automotive, lead-acid battery. If you are buying a new one, however, we will need to keep your old battery so we won’t be paying you for it. State law requires us to have your old one at the time of sale of a new battery. Thanks! Best regards, Steve Ahmann, Pres.
