This place is terrible! My cousin rented a house through them, and they did not help her when she submitted work orders. They basically don't care about their tenants.

A to B is the one-stop professional firm to save owners time and money, as it takes care of the end to end process from repair, marketing, leasing to financial reporting. Bob, Aya, Maria and the whole team are professional, responsive and friendly. A to B (two steps only) indeed for owners - highly recommended!

Me and my wife were looking for a new place to move. We both have excellent credit scores and rental history also comfortable incomes which makes us over qualified for the property. We requested to visit the property and it wasn’t bob who was there the day of the visit but some rude and unfriendly lady who from the beginning without any reason were being mean to us I don’t know why. Maybe my wife’s scarf anyways we will never know. She told us they have people who would take pictures and videos of inside our house to make sure we don’t bring anybody else in the house ( 3bed house ). The first red signal was that we were expecting Bob but we had this rude lady then knowing that someone will violate our privacy me and my wife we laughed at the lady and refused to take a look at the property and went with a better and more professional property management company. Bob I heard good things about you but too bad that you let these other agents ruining your reputation but also your companies reputation. ( The property was on helmar st ) in case you want to find that unprofessional agent.

The are by far the BEST property management company we have worked for. They know how to take care of a property in every way, saving expenses the property owners by performing always the right work. They are basically the perfect combination of response, quality and savings. They know prevention and quality repairs are always cheaper at the end. Communication is ABOVE EXCELLENT. If you are looking for a company to manage your properties, do not even think about it. A to B is the way to go.

Good question. No we do not charge any fee on top of a maintenance charge and some companies definitely do so make sure you always check this with a property manager.
We personally screen all of our tenants in house and use great care in thoroughly checking each application to make sure the tenants meet our criteria.
No we do not. We user a network of outside trusted vendors.
We also provide property sales services and in face Bob has sold over 1000 homes in his career. We offer discounts for our San Jose property management clients if they decide to use us when it comes time to sell the home.
