Everything was wonderful from the initial consult to the delivery and installation. I actually don’t tend to write reviews but this one is worth it as I have many positive comments. Connie came out to show us what was available. We were a little tight on time and it was no problem for her to work within that. I called another company previously who said they were going to take two hours to come out and show things to us. I just didn’t have the time for that. Connie was super efficient and there was no pressure. The communication from this company was top-notch. I got several texts and emails addressing our order and delivery. It was great. Also, we did change our order one time and there was no problem on their end doing that. They even let us come by the showroom and allowed us to check out some samples to bring home. They searched and found pieces of the hardware that we could take home to try out too for the purpose of color matching. I would highly recommend Budget Blinds. They helped us find a solution to our window and it looks great.
