Just like the Mukilteo location, the front desk reception people lie and say they wont bill you for the visit, or have you pay any copays. Then you get a bill in the mail. No matter how many times you ask them if you will get billed, the bullface lie to you. Never going back here again. 180 bucks for a covid test is not worth it especially when they tell you it wont cost anything and that your insurance has fully covered it, and then slaps a surprise bill on you later

We found them to be very disrespectful and dishonest with no concern of what we were going through. They were very disorganized. My husband went in for a colonoscopy. We were told he would be done at 345. Finally by 415 they called and said he wss done and no need for me to come in as he was all ready just pull up to pick up. It took about 3 minutes for me to get to the pick up area. 15 minutes later they call again and are surprised I was there. Said he would be right out. 15 minutes later they call again and say they well get him dressed. Just before 4pm someone comes out without my husband to tell me the instructions for after care. Almost 415 he finally comes out! An hour later but I couldn't be with him, no this was not vivid related it was lack of care.

First off... getting through to any of my providers is nearly impossible. I’ve spent several hours of my life on hold with the Everett Clinic. Second... I’m a healthcare provider who is eligible for the first covid vaccines and when I requested to schedule they were very rude. Needless to say I will be leaving these providers in the near future.

Easy parking in the attached multi-level garage. Service from reception check-in to attention to care on all levels has been excellent. I have always found a spot. Never had to park on street or walk far. My doc is stellar in his care as well as his staff. X-ray and MRI and even the guy that puts the cast on have been tops in their attention compassion and care!

Questions & Answers

A few years ago, about 2009 and 2011 I had surgery for a rotar cuff procedure at I still had pain and had another about two years later. I still have a lot of pain where the metal parts are in my shoulder. As I understand they can be removed.
