I will start off with I know I came 2 minutes after they closed but I had a dire hair emergency bleaching my friends hair and ran out of bleach needed 2 $5 Packets that they have knew exactly what I was going to get and they didn't let me come in really really quick just to get itI understand extremely well that I came after close but it was 2 minutes needing 2 simple things and was ignored when I knocked on the door 3 times was looked at and walked away from. Don't really want to come back now which I'm sure they don't care about. Thanks for the help

I show up during their advertised business hours yet they are never open. The other Sally's seem to be managing just fine. This is the closest Sallys to my home but I'm done giving them my business.

I had such a great experience the other day, I was greeted by 3 beautiful ladies! I came in having no idea what I was looking for, and was pointed towards not only a great deal but an awesome worker named Ashley helped me out and pointed me in a great direction, everything was affordable and the customer service was absolutely awesome. Everyone was so helpful, conversational, and made sure I found what I was looking for!

We have always love Sally’s until recently we’ve gone in multiple times to get some help with some hair products none of the employees knew anything about it asked multiple times about a brush they said they were out of only to find the brush myself. They were not helpful and were Completely oblivious about all of the products we had questions about
