Hi Zachary - Covid is providing tremendous stress and anxiety for so many people. The unknowns surrounding the pandemic can certainly create anxiety. The ambiguous loss can create depression. Making sure to stay connected with loved ones during this difficult time can be one way of coping. Even if it invovles regular phone calls or video chats, staying socially connected may help alleviate some stress and anxiety. Also, finding a way to stay active physcially and engaged mentally can be a way you can cope. Eating right, exercising and pursuing hobbies and interests are ways of staying engaged in life during the pandemic.
