At first seems like you may be in the wrong place, but ultimately the game was fun and the owner is nice and welcoming. CSI NY was a fun puzzle

This was our first escape room experience and it was so fun and challenging! So happy we finally went and can’t wait to come again. The owner is also so sweet and helpful!

Took my date here. We had gotten semi dressed up for each other and were looking for a nice time as I was taking her to dinner afterwards. Upon arrival I wasn’t sure I was at the right place and was pretty embarrassed for taking a lady I hardly knew to what looked like a rundown home. The lady working was very nice to us but kept having issues with the computer payment process and the lobby area was a bit run down as the couch we sat on the springs felt broken. It was stressful for me and thankfully my date was kind and understanding. Another thing is the host had a Halloween type spooky shirt on and really long nails to the point where it was hard for her to even show us how to use the locking mechanisms. Might not sound like much but the experience just didn’t feel professional in many aspects. Finally we got to our room. We did “jumanji” which is more of a kids room since I had only ever done one other escape room and my date had never done one. The room had a couple glitches when we played such as the blue screen you wear glasses to see had an error so the host had to tell us the clue in person and the beginning sound clue was supposed to be later and confused us. The host did a good job with giving us clues as we worked the puzzles but I honestly didn’t really like the room that much. I only have had one other escape room experience so I can’t base this off of much but the other place I had an absolute blast. This one I plan to never go to again especially on a date. I feel like the owner has really good ideas but needs to work on presentation, more professional appearances for the workers and home, and fix the parts of the room that are glitching.

This was a really bad experience! The new building/new process is pitiful! The room was partially reset, the locks weren’t locked, there were missing pieces of the clues, the game master didn’t know the room, and couldn’t show us how to work the remaining clue. I’ve been to about 5 escape rooms (including the old Hidden Key in Whitefish) and I’ve never seen a place run like this.

In the Sanitarium game, I know that some of the members may be separated into another room, but are they doing something in there or just sitting there?

Unfortunately I've never played the sanitarium all I know is there were a lot of non-working triggers in the Camelot room so I would assume nothing
