Where to start. Their level of miscommunication is second to none. Telling us samples would be ready in a week but come to find out in fact it wouls be a month or two. Vague and ambiguous answers. Canceling appointments due to miscommunication. Now im forced to find another vet with post surgery to make sure my cat is ok. That's just the start of it. The person checking us out seemed generally uniformed and was not able to answer our questions so was just guessing. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! I hope my cats lives due to these people Response to your response- my records show a contradiction in the information you gave me which could of hurt my cat. I also show missed appointments on your end. I'd be happy to send the screen shots on here of what I was forced to deal with?

Everyone is very friendly. The environment is clean and welcoming. My pet was treated with extreme care and affection. The techs and the vets and the receptionists are all very patient and willing to answer any and all questions.

I highly recommend calling animal clinic of Kalispell. They are absolutely wonderful and we'll educated and mannered. There is only one emergency clinic I know if in evergreen but I don't recommend if anything have them look at her to make sure it's nothing that needs immediate attention then definite go to the animal clinic of Kalispell. The emergency clinic will take every penny you have even if they can't do anything. Hope this helps you. And I hope all turns out well for your cat
You should call them first and see if they see animals like that
They are all amazing very caring and concerned..
HI Synth We treat companion animals including mostly cats and dogs. We are very comfortable with our ferret, rabbit, and other rodent patients, too, but not so much with Bearded Dragons.
Business owners can't manipulate reviews. It would defeat the purpose. Don't worry though, I left a five star for these folks to compensate. They're great.
Of course!
I don't believe they do
Worth calling and asking if there is a vet that is specific in their knowledge! Even if they're not, I have had nothing but good experiences with these conscientious vets. Even just little things, like prescribing my dog nausea medicine (among other things) when she had pancreatitis. They give options to choose from and will go as in-depth as you want. Extra tests, etc. This is not always the cheapest option, but it's there for you if you want it. I would highly recommend them.
