We wanted to get a shake with the group and drove here specially, then they said they couldn't offer any shakes. Of course we asked, their reason was that they didn't get any goods delivered. Steak 'n Shake but no shakes?

That location is the worst Steak and Shake I've ever been to. Will not go back. The one on Touhy and Mannheim is a lot better but still leaves a lot to be desired. Steak and Shake is probably my favorite fast food place, but it seems the way the different franchises are operated are really different. Closest one to me is 5 miles. Too bad, None of them offer senior citizens or veterans a discount.
