The staff here is more than accommodating to help you find exactly what you're looking for. The only thing that would make this place better is if they have a humidor and a small cigar selection they have a few at the front counter but nothing compared to Binny's.

unbelievably terrible customer service. i regularly shop here and try to support this store as a local business. during my last visit the woman at the counter did not offer a receipt or proof of purchase, and was incredibly rude. after leaving, we decided we wanted a different drink, and returned maybe ten minutes later and talked to the same employee. she not only accused us of stealing due to our lack of receipt, but then became incredibly hostile and insisted that i stand and allow her to yell at me. she raised her voice, pointed her finger at me, and slammed her hand on the counter, despite my apologies (even though i had done nothing wrong)- look at the cameras for proof. i would suggest giving your business to literally anyone else in evanston.
