Well the car was not washed and the Steering wheel when wiped it was black with dirt from dirty glove's. Then have some dirty finger prints on the above the head grab handle area from the same dirty gloves. Nice job Guys. Oh and it's Light colored Interior.

I really have had the worst experiences with cars here. They overcharge for literally everything, it's ridiculous. The amount you pay isn't even worth it, because the service is so shoddy - you can get better service at a local shop for less money. I remember on one occasion, something in my car had failed. I had to pay upwards of 1500 dollars for it. When I cashed out at the receptionist desk; the young girl was talking to me about it, telling me that this is a known issue in Jetta's for years. She laughed while telling me the company would never recall the vehicle for it or cover it for free. I remember thinking, wow great!! I'm so glad I'm literally being taken advantage of for money I barely have. Thanks VW for your stellar service 🙃🙃🙃!!! I definitely suggest going elsewhere for cars and auto service. EDIT: Yeah, it's clearly intentional that I haven't been to a VW location in over a year.....

I did not buy my car from Volkswagen (because of availability) but I just want to thank Valerie for spending time with us and showing what’s available unlike other dealerships next door that didn’t even want to spend a minute. I will definitely consider to buy my next car from VW

They saved me 7k by buying me out my lease!! I WAS WAY OVER mileage and damages. Fair and honest, everything done before I even got there!!! Rob Schubert was my sales person and he took care of me from start to finish… Justin Benson is manager and he saved my budget and thousands of dollars! There was a gentleman who also helped me don’t have his name but the whole team is amazing!!!
