Fast service! I damaged my key fob so I needed it replaced. The tech had it programmed in minutes and on my way within half an hour. He also did put in some effort to keep the price reasonable. I’ll definitely come back.

The customer service here is amazing! The guys working here were very informative, and helpful when picking out new wiring for my subwoofer. I feel at ease with the work they do compared to the last shop I went to for my install. They even showed my my melted fuse, and told me it was a fire hazard.. yikes. Then reassured me they would do a better job then that last place. Thank you boys!

I’m a woman and I have a audio system hooked up on my car for over 10 years in both of my vehicles. every time I go to a car stereo shop, I usually am taking advantage of and the guys or owner are always trying to charge me much as possible. When I went there to get an estimate it was nearly closing. I think it’s Tim that was his name who helped me and He was patient & helpful in helping me find the problem even though I’m sure he was ready to go home after a day of work. not even long he found it & I even asked if he could help jimmy rig the issue with its electrical tape until my appointment. Nothing was a problem , he wasn’t rude or inpatient and was very informational when showing me what was wrong. After we put it on He said he didn’t feel Comfortable leaving it because it was getting hot & it could be a fire hazard. I scheduled appointment and Gabe Gave me no different customer service when we scheduled the appointment.They said it could take 30 minutes but possibly an hour and gave me their rate. When I brought my car in I definitely expected to pay the full quote/rate and they definitely could have charged me the full hourly rate if they wanted to like most DO and WOULD. But instead they were fair didn’t take advantage of me OR over charge me. How they got my issue fixed, treated me and were fair, I will definitely be a returning customer; and will be back to this audio store only from now on. I appreciate the quality, honesty and service received at this shop and these techs they went above and beyond in my opinion - thanks guys:)

Yeah they will install anything.. even though they would like to be the ones selling you the system plus installation. Great price and quality work .
