DO NOT GO HERE. PLENTY OF BETTER SHOPS IN THE AREA THAT WONT STEAL YOUR MONEY!!! I purchased two pax pods here. It took me about two months to finish the first. There was no way for me to verify the pod was defective within the 3 weeks they allow because I was using the other pod. When I tried to use the second pod it didnt work. I reached out to pax to verify nothing was wrong with the pen and the pen was fine. I went back to Magic Flower and they agreed the pod was defective. They blamed me for storing it wrong and causing the defects (ive been using pax for years without a problem). They refused to let me exchange for a new pod even though this pod was defective and should have been returned to the manufacturer. Its unbelievable that they refused to exchange the product and blamed the problem on the customer. They told me I broke the pod because I stored it wrong. How can you blame a customer like that. Ive used pax for years and stored the pods on my desk the same way without ever having an issue. This is a defective product that should be accepted by the shop and sent back to the manufacturer. The shop may "feel they did nothing wrong" but this is not how to treat customers, especially when this is a defective product that should be returned to the manufacturer. This is one of those situations could easily have been remedied to keep a customer for life but instead they chose to hurt the customer. This is not how you stay in business. Please go elsewhere as there are many better shops in the area that actually care about their customers. If Magic Flower truly cared they can reach out to me to remedy this situation.

Ive been to shop twice now - its hard to get me away from my favorite shop - but thought I’d give the new place in my hood a try. Happy I did. Very pleasant place lots of choices and price range. And the woman Bella that has assisted me both times was esp helpful and very pleasant
