Very rude receptionist . Told we can't use rest room while waiting on our daughter we took there. We had to drive to safeway. Then they wouldn't tell us if she's still there. AND they let a person waiting on someone use the restroom

RE: and this clinic is the only one I have gone to, every time I tried to get help before today this was the place I would go, I tried and tried tell finally with their Coaching and Love for their job and I had finally grew tired of the ways I had made and change them for the greater good, I can’t even begin to explain how much better my life has been since that first week I detoxed for the final and last time . every single staff member in that building made it impact on my life and my every day choices. I can’t begin to explain how thankful and appreciative I am. Thank you i’m just taking it one day at a time and moving slow but life is good. Sense my last review The appointments have gone a lot quicker and smoother oh, I do appreciate that. Keep doing what you guys are doing. you guys helped get Another person their life back❤️‍🩹

Staff know most people by name, and are very interactive. Yes, the wait times can be hours, but I will say from experience that in the past 2 months they have gotten way better with this issue and I have been being seen within 15 minutes of my appointment time every time. Doctors are kind and caring. I have been coming here for over a year and would highly recommend it to anyone trying to get off opiates. Even the long wait times are worth the sobriety.
