To whom it may concern. I am a new customer to your firm with a unique insurance need, Bison. Agent Ibarra begam working om my Insurance request in July of this year. I had contacted three insurance companies and none of which would insure Bison. Some of these companies had access to Nationwide, the countries leading Bison insurer and had failed to get insurance. Agent Ibarra with her tenacious and persuasive nature requested the appropriate statements from me, researched my business description through state records and obtained photos of my elaborate fence system and made the successful petition to Nationwide (who was not accepting new Bison clients). Fast forward to November of this year, we had a date of arrival for the Bison and contracted the Nationwide policy with Agent Ibarra sheparding the detailed finalization.
