Found a used syringe near our patio, our unit was previously broken in to from the patio door, and we have packages (and even our broom) stolen from our front door semi frequently. Neighbors argue past 2am and smoke all the time in the hallways and the staff has no solution for any of those issues other than “call the police :)”. Lived here three years with constant staff changes and none have ever seemed to care to make the property better. Look at the hallways and patios, we get notices they are going to power wash but they never gave. You’re better off spending the extra cash elsewhere, trust me. Parking also sucks. If you get home past 7pm good luck.

Horrible horrible horrible do not live here (my opinion) lived here for a year terrible staff no one could hold a job in the office and no one would help take care of the mold issues or maintenance in this place. The drug traffic and foot traffic threw that area is no place to raise a family again just my opinion

Been living here for 2 years. Have had lots of staff changes. The new staff with Brittany (manager) the other office lady. (forget her names. Sorry) Terry and Scott in matience. We have brought up issues in our apartment or on the complex several times in the past and nothing gets done. When the new team came in things have been getting done and the complex has looked amazing since.The staff will actually listen to your issues and get working on them right away. Love the new team.

We used to live here for a year. If I could give 0 stars I would!!!! The office is never open when it supposed to be. I can never get my packages because the office is always locked.. Danielle is the manager lady she is okay, she is helpful.. But the other young girl it’s horrible. She always just smoking behind the buildings, when i needed something she never knew the answer!! They are constantly charging us fees for things, there is no communication except for notes left on our door.. They are charging us $200 for a $1 battery that needed to be replaced on our yearly inspections for the smoke alarms. The gym is a joke. It’s next to the office and you can use during business hours. The parking sucked. You have to pay $45/month for a reserved spot, if you don’t want to pay you will need to find parking space and if you go somewhere after 4-5PM you can’t find any... Maybe on the street. The neighborhood is horrible also. Drugusers, homeless people next to the building on the trail.. It’s not safety at all!!! Maintenance crew is the worst what i ever seen!!! If you report something you will get a done report without they show up. Oh and almost forget, you CAN’T keep anything on your balcony just a chair and table , BUT the maintenance guy has a TOILET and metal shelf on his balcony at the FRONT Of the entrance !!!! Of course they can park anywhere with their car for free AND they reserving the closest parking spots with their golfcars... Don't live here!!!
