Been living here since October 2004. Neighbors are nice and friendly, always keeping an eye on activities. Exteriors got replaced with new siding, windows, sliding glass doors, and balconies, all old wood supports got replaced with fresh up to date cement and metal in the last year (2020). Our family has enjoyed the swimming pool, and basketball courts. The mailboxes are also new and up to date, also replaced in 2020 as the old one was showing signs of wear and tear. Quiet community. There are stores, and bus service very close by, within easy walking distance. Several schools, and a daycare, within walking distance. I love being able to chose whatever to take the car, or walk to the store. The library is next to the store, too, and some nice restaurants, and hotels. The Mukilteo Ferry dock and beach is close by, and it is fun to spend an enjoyable day there. It is a great place for us. Ideal location!

You will want the property manager, to speak with. The Bunkhouse Condominiums are run by an Association. Homeowners come to meetings and discuss ongoing concerns and vote on matters, touching on issues like upkeep, budgeting, and reviews. Good luck.
