I have been a resident at The Waterline Apartments for around four years now (before it was known as Grand Avenue Apartments). I have seen a number of management companies and property managers come and go and some of them doing a somewhat better work than others. When Valerie and her team took over the property everything changed for the better. I never knew I would appreciate as much as I do the work Val and her team have put into this community in the short time they have been with us. This place was already a good place to live, at a great location in Downtown Everett, within walking distance of everything you need to thrive. With this team of property managers, it has become a special place to call home. If you are lucky enough to get an apartment here don't think about it twice you will be taken care of. Thank you Valery and the whole team for caring for it's residents and the well being of this property, your efforts haven't gone unnoticed by any means. Thank you!

Moved in beginning of March. So far things have been really nice. Other tenants are nice and I haven't really experienced anything negative. Apartment is updated and modern. The office staff/management/maintenance staff that is onsite is very helpful. This is my first apartment in over 25yrs so they are really helpful when I have questions. I usually have short friendly conversations with the onsite staff when I am checking mail or just heading out for a walk. The location is great. I can walk to almost every that I need. So far this has been a good fit.

The management is AMAZING. Val and Jill have the most positive attitude, more then willing to help with anything, and helped our moving in process every step of the way! We have been here for a little over a month and they have both been really nice and very welcoming. Also they love pets 💗! Maintenance was very helpful too he came in to take a look at our dryer/washer and was really nice he didn’t rush anything he wanted to make sure everything was working good before leaving. He also took extra time to ask us if we needed anything else looked at. He was very friendly to our cats too!

Wonderful apartment leasing experience. The new office staff are knowledgeable, professional, and extremely polite. I've lived here 2 years, and the recent ownership/staff changes are apparent. The building is clean. The gym is amazing (for an apartment). The trash valet service is a huge improvement. I love the package delivery locker. I would absolutely recommend leasing here.
