Nice people and the fish are ok. Reason for 2 star I purchased some fish and one died before I got home. Went back and they said sorry no exchanges or refunds. I showed the bag and I asked what's the guarantee for fresh water fish. They said no guarantee once you buy it's yours. What?! That is the most lame policy ever considering the fish died in the bag that was purchased less than 10 minutes ago. In short BUYER BEWARE

theres hydra all over the planted tanks (which i got in my aquarium from buying from here). employees made me do a fish-in-cycle on my first tank, never trust fish store advice. most of the employees dont know much about fish, and don't care about the welfare of the fish either despite working there for years they keep huge saltwater fish in small 1 gallon cubes, which aren't sold for months on end they keep huge freshwater fish in 10 gallon cubes, the minimum being 125 gallons for some of the fish in there they'll try to get you to buy anything you can, along with most of the employees not knowing a sliver of information about the fish way overpriced shrimp and plant prices ($8 for a single cherry shrimp low grade, $12 for a decent sized stem plant) any fish bought are 50/50 to have ich or some sort of deadly disease that will kill them the only reason i'm giving this two stars, rather than one, is due to the decent stocking and the convenience of stopping by here when needing stuff from walmart, or dominos etc

I have had two saltwater tanks over a period of about ten years. I have looked throughout the O.C. area to source the best shops for water, good coral selection and of course good service. Seaside has not let me down yet, in fact, they have become my go to. They always have what I need, the staff have always been kind and helpful. It is clean and they have a restroom for customers. I do water changes once a week and have never had issues. I can count on them. Thank you David, Sharon, Santiago and everyone at Seaside for all the help!

Fish paradise!!! A lot of salt water fish and some tropical fish. Just looking around was fun. Theres a pond with sharks and manta Rays you can feed for $2!
