I've been using a PO Box here for many years. However, these last few months have been horrible. They hired a bunch of new people and I've noticed that a lot of the packages that say to be "delievered" to my PO Box are not delievered for weeks. I'm missing hundreds of dollars of packages that I'll never be able to receive due to poor management and order. This needs to be fixed.

This post office is really small, only 2 patrons can be inside at a time (because of covid distancing) so expect to be standing outside in line for a bit (be prepared for weather!). Alot of the reviews are mentioning rude workers, I did not have that experience at all. They were kind to me and did business as usual. Its not the fastest operation but I know they are just doing their best!

On multiple occasions the Staff has been rude and Insists on shouting. In all honesty, they are everything that is wrong with the USPS . It would be wise to fire all involved with this location and start over.

The mail carrier for this area (02145) is extremely lazy. He prefers to have me lose 20 min of my time to go pick up a package at this post office, instead of taking 5 min to ring my doorbell. I work at home (480 Mystic Ave) so I'm always home and still he never rings my doorbell. And to leave a complaint is difficult because the phone is never answered. P.S. I'm editing this review and make it 4 star instead of 1, because I found out from them that the mail carrier is from a separate organization. I thought that they all were from the same team, but apparently the mail carrier is from a Chelsea organization.
