Outback Physical Therapy and especially Carolyn Harper are fantastic, and I am grateful to them for getting me back to running again! I started PT when knee pain had kept me from running for at least a year. Thanks to Carolyn’s expertise and encouragement, and for the simple fact that at Outback—instead of just humoring me like some crazy old lady who should be happy to be able to do more than most other people her age—at Outback, they treated me like a runner and an athlete. Carolyn challenged me exactly the right amount with her exercises; she encouraged and supported me with a realistic optimism that was contagious; and she required I be patient, perhaps the hardest part for me. I am happy to say that now I am running every other day for a total of about 24 miles a week without knee pain. I am no stiffer the day after a good running session than I was in my 50s. And, I’m definitely looking forward to improving my speed and distance. All in all, I figure that’s pretty good for a 75-year-old woman. I give full credit to Carolyn and Outback and recommend them without any reservations.

Naomi at Outback PT has truly helped me to get back to feeling strong and confident in my body. I now have a healthy, sustainable workout routine that I am able to maintain and start improving upon. Naomi's thoughtfulness in her care is commendable and I look forward to every visit to the welcoming office.

Carolyn Harper at Outback is the best! She was so patient and taught me so much about PT. The exercises were super helpful, and I’ve made a lot of progress! It was easy to schedule appointments, and she was always so thoughtful in creating plans that fit my needs. I would give 10 stars if I could!

Phenomenonal care and treatment. I worked with three different PT's over the course of my ACL injury and rehab, and Dr. Goodman was by far the best. Cannot recommend highly enough. Our first session together she diagnosed where I was relatively strong/weak, and developed my training program around that. She worked with my specific needs, strengths and weaknesses. I was cautious to a fault - which irritated my second PT - but Naomi was very patient and pushed me forward only at the right times. The Outback PT's use a special kind of massage and pressure application which was incredibly effective at relaxing my muscles and loosening up my joints. It was unlike anything else I experienced with other PT's. I had felt tightness in my knee for two months before I showed up, and it was gone by the time I walked out of the first session. (Just so it doesn't sound like snake oil, Naomi said it's techniques taught in Australia but not America.) I was "behind schedule" when I started with Outback, and even though we took our time advancing through exercises, I was cleared for activity eleven months after surgery, right on schedule. I feel very confident in my recovery and ability to play sports again.

There are meters directly out the front and 2 hour street parking spots one block away
Yes Denise - we certainly do! We work on sports and orthopedic issues so we see a lot of neck and shoulder pain
