Sara Evans was amazing to work with. She knows and understands Medicare and all supplemental plans available. I have navigated self-paid medical coverage for years and it can be very complex making sure you are comparing apples to apples. Sara and VibrantUSA take the guess work out. She goes through an easy to understand presentation, you provide the doctors you use and prescriptions and Sara does the rest. The best part is it's a free service!!!! It was so easy I wasnt even sure if it worked..it was seamless. Everything should be this easy. The best part of turning 65 is having great medical, dental and vision at a fabulous price. I'm so happy I found Sara Evans and VibrantUSA.

Trying to navigate health care supplement plans to Medicare is very confusing. That is why I am SO happy we found Katie at Vibrant USA. She meet with us, discussed our health care needs, including medications, and then presented options to us….ALL FREE OF CHARGE!! Three years in, our medical needs changed and with one call to Katie, she provided other options and made it very easy to switch. If you are looking at health care option with Medicare, please call Katie! This process was so overwhelming but Katie made it very simple and easy to understand. And she saved us money both with monthly premiums and with our out of pocket costs. I cannot recommend Katie and Vibrant USA enough. Call them..it may be free but their advice is priceless.

Do I have to buy my Medicare Insurance plan through VibrantUSA or can I buy it from other agencies or the carriers?

We strongly believe that our clients should work with the Independent Agent that best meets their needs. There are many great agents and agencies throughout the area. But Medicare Insurance is our specialty. We serve more than 20,000 seniors in the State of Washington today and throughout the entire year. You can also buy your insurance directly from the insurance carrier. You will however not be able to learn about all of your options and compare the various plans if you go this route as the carrier will only sell you on their plan. But don’t ask us - our number one source of new business comes from client referrals. We believe this is a strong reflection on the great service we offer clients.

What kind of fees are associated with buying insurance through VibrantUSA?

None. We receive a commission on the plan we sell from the insurance carrier, not the client. This allows us to concentrate on the client, not the carrier. Because our compensation remains essentially the same regardless of the plan, there’s no reason for “upselling” or trying to sell you something you don’t need.

No. As an independent agency, we work with nearly every carrier that offers plans in Washington. This allows our clients to get the Medicare coverage they need and maybe save some money along the way. Our Everett, WA, agents work with more than 30 regional and national insurance agencies throughout Washington. We also have agents within our company who are able to assist with plans in Oregon and Texas as well.
