I ordered from their online store. I ordered Qty: 2 for some bike parts. I only ended up receiving 1 in the mail. Customer service took care of this after I explained what happened. They refunded me for both, even though I received one of them. Great customer service - this is how businesses should operate. Going beyond what is expected. Would recommend.

Decided to stop in instead of ordering from amazon. So happy I did Tyler was awesome helped me get a great scooter for my 12yr. Amazing customer service and was patient with my crazy toddler. Tyler really made the mee feel good about my choice. I will be back again.

These guys are awesome! My grandson is in the store often, wanting to buy upgrades for his scooter. Both of the sales guys interact with him, know his skill level, and will actually talk him out of buying expensive things he doesn't need. I really respect their level of honesty, and I know that what we do buy is appropriate.
I trust these guys, their knowledge and their integrity.

It depends on the quality of bearings that you pick, they start at $5 a set
I know I would have to pay you 5 bucks to switch out my wheelsif i just walked in holding wheels, but would I still have to pay if I bought the wheels the same day at your shop? No problem if i do, just wondering

You could get him a Madd scooter. The brand is great for begginers and usually ranges from $120-200. Or you could get a really cheap one off of Amazon. Thay sell some ok ones
