Trying to get a lease here was the worst customer service experience I've ever had in my life. I sent an email specifically asking about 1bds available August 1st. I get an email back with information about 1bd pricing. Great I think. I'll give them a call on the number provided to setup a tour. I call the leasing office. The same woman who sent me the email answers. I again specify I'm looking for 1bds available August 1st. She says to come in for a tour. A day later, the day of the tour. I spend an hour and a half driving out to the leasing office. I get in, say I'm here for the tour. The first words out of Suzin's mouth were, "Sure. You know there's no availabilities right now, right?" I was shocked to silence probably a good half minute. I explain that no, I was asking about information for specific move-in dates and was told to come in for a tour about them. Suzin seems apologetic, and then when I ask to get sent updates on availability she says, "No. But here's my contact info, you could just try calling us a lot." No Suzin. I don't think I will. You wasted my time and strung me along thinking you had availabilities when you didn't. You wasted hours of my time and resources during a two decade peak in gas prices. I will not be "calling you back a lot," I will be disqualifying you from my consideration. Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever had.

This place was awful to apply for worst experience ever. The women there not only talked down to me and my spouse but gave us false pretense we would be accepted. When they would tell us “oh we can’t accept you for this reason” we would prove them wrong ! They treated us different I feel discriminated against ! Disrespected ! Don’t apply here ! They are rude and demeaning.

Got out there to the front desk everything was cool the lady told me I got approved for the apartment even gave me an apartment number and had me fill out at lease told me I would approve for the apartment based on my background and then refuse to take the money

Jim is awesome, whenever I put a request in, he's on it. Thanks for your help and just in general the team here rocks. Older place with it's problems but the team here looks into it and takes care of it. Thanks guys.
