New Doctor for my dad, I cannot believe the attention to detail Dr. Anit Ford had asking both my father and I questions about our concerns and his health history. Has not been the same since VIP Care.

Experience went from okay to poor to horrible. I first thought Ford was okay. Kind of a "straight shooter." But in subsequent visits she was short and quick to leave the room barking orders on the way out. Staff was a nightmare. The final thing that had me leaving was a staff member that literally had me in tears on the phone. There was confusion between their office and the pharmacy plan I had, with both pointing fingers at the other saying each had to fix it. All I wanted was someone to help. Her office staff was yelling that she never had to do so much work for a patient in her life. Saying she was sick and tired of making these calls. All I wanted was the medicine that had run out. I fought through tears because I was desperate to just get the medicine and get off the phone. Once things were fixed (by the Pharmacy group) I never went back. I now hear that the office is moving into geriatric care and I shudder to think that some poor senior citizen will have to endure this group.
