Customer Service was great. The quality of the renter is something different. The armanda truck that I rented was very raggedy. The truck needed to be serviced big time. Other than that everything went well

We had to rent a car while ours had work done. Randomly picked a rental place close to us. This site was clean, great customer service, friendly. We returned the rental a couple of days late (husband broke his ankle and had to have surgery) Joe Luisi was great. I was freaking out and told me to take care of my husband, that he would take care of things on his end. Returned the car and Joe could not have been nicer! Thanks to all the emolyees at the Washington St Enterprise! You guys Rock!!

My local office has an excellent crew. They go the extra mile to accommodate my needs to fit my schedule and take care of any problems or issues that may arise. 5 stars to them, they are the best !!

This location is absolutely, hands down, the most amazing store; as far as the level of customer service and the willingness to help and solve whatever your situation is. The staff is what makes this location- Alex is the manager (ask for him every time) and his team Joe, Paul and Zach are all just the best! They care. They listen. They understand. They give respect to each individual customer and are there to work with you not against you. We have rented 2 different vehicles with them, both were in great condition, and the rental experience was easy and not dramatic. These days, true customer service is so hard to come by, that it is worth a rave review when you finally come across those who get it, and treat you the way we are all supposed to be treated. I highly recommend using this store if you’re ever in the Sarasota area!

Depends on the days and the car you end up with because they might tell you one online but when you get there they might change it that's what happened to me but I only paid $79 they charged me $7 because some of the gas was gone by the time I got to them

I'm pretty sure they don't. Everytime I've rented from them it's been a mini van. They have a lot of minivans!

It depends on how long you use the car and also if you are going to return to the same place because if you leave it in a different one they charge you a lot

Can you use a debit card to rent a car?

Don Aderhold | Sep 15, 2018
Kathi Stufflebean | Sep 15, 2018

Yes as long as you are either local or have a round trip ticket, most car rental places will take a debit card. The thing to remember is that Enterprise will put a hold on whatever card you use, debit or credit, for $250 or rental amount plus $150 whichever is greater. When using a regular credit card the excess usually goes back on the card 2 business days after the car is returned. When using a debit card it is a little more difficult to pinpoint the return of funds. It can take up to 21 business days depending on how your bank works.
