I returned a car on August 28, 2022 and there was one 70 year old man working in the lot at the time. It was a day with a 105 heat index and the man could not get out of the chair. He told me to give him the keys and I would get a receipt mailed to me later that evening. Two days later I get a receipt that includes a $41 gas charge even though I filled it up 3 miles from the airport. Now I have to deal with customer service and the "we will call you back in 30 minutes". Good luck with these guys.....
