Does anyone else have a mold like substance growing in the toilets? My sons mom has cleaned her toilets countless amount of times and still comes back. If this is black mold, this building if not the entire complex needs to be shut down until fixed

That happens because this area does not use a lot of heavy chemicals in the water... If you put a bleach tablet in the tank or some other form of toilet cleaner you avoid that
