I wrote last week about our manager Merri Owens but neglected to mention our housekeeper Sarah who does an exceptional job. She keeps this building in great cleaning condition. Also, (but not least) Richard, our maintenance man, he has done a fantastic job since he started. He has kept all things broken or in need of repair fixed and repaired. And last but not leased Alec. He's our newest member of the staff. He makes sure every package coming into the building is sanitized and apt. number on the package. Thanks guys, for keeping us safe and clean in this time of uncertainty.

I think Jackson House is lucky to have a building manager as good as Merri Owens. I have no problem getting things fixed in a timely manner. It is alway keep clean ( and in these times that is a necessity). I have no problems with following the rules if it keeps us safe. We had a flood in our building several months ago and before the fire department got here to turn the water off Merri had Safe Pro on the phone to check the problem out. It is a great place to live and I think that's because of Merri Owens.
