Kyle was great at answering my numerous questions and the guys that came to install were very profession and courteous. Couldn’t have asked for a better company to install our ductless unit. Amy was very helpful in setting the appointment, giving me all the details I needed in a professional and courteous manner. Antonio was the service rep who arrived as promised, listened to my description of the issue and had the proper part replaced and the unit up and running within the hour. He was friendly and very professional and took the time to explain the issue to me.
