We ordered a front door and french doors from Goldfinch. Alex Schmidt made the process really simple, and was courteous of our time. Alex was a great first interaction with Goldfinch, and we're very grateful for his professionalism. The gentlemen who installed the doors were absolutely incredible. We have an 18 month old and a dog-- the guys were extremely patient and friendly towards both. I recommend this company to anyone considering. This company and team is bar-none the best, and we will always be a customer.

Goldfinch replaced the glass in 37 of our windows, a skylight, and a door. Their employees were the best! On-time, courteous, hard working and always cleaned up. True professionals! My wife is ecstatic!

I had an estimate done on a piece of glass for a table. Rick came to my home, measured and made a template. A few days later I received the quote which on a fixed income was a bit more than I could afford. I reached out to Rick and he worked with me, saying that if I could bring the table in he would see about a lesser charge. I made the arrangements and he managed to get a substantial reduction in the price. I dropped the table off around noon and was told it could be done as soon as end of the day... very happy so far, can't wait to see the table with the glass in it, and it be usable again. The new showroom looked great as well.

I recently ordered a new sliding door from Goldfinch Bros and everything was great up until delivery. When it came time to schedule the delivery of the door, I was given a two hour time window and told that someone would need to be available to help as the delivery driver travels alone. To me, it’s slightly frustrating to pay a $150 delivery fee to have an expensive and heavy item be left in the front yard being sprayed by the neighbors sprinkler. After e-mailing every e-mail address I could find at Goldfinch Bros and telling them this, I received zero in response. Great customer service! I thought it would be nice to support a local company, but next time it’s likely back to the big box store.
