When I was on the sales floor buying my car, they were helpful, accommodating, and answered all my questions while still being personable and friendly. However, since then, I've had questions regarding the down payment (which they have not taken yet), my auto loan (which I've gotten several letters denying coverage of, despite them telling me I was covered while in the office), and I've called multiple times, left voice mails for the people DIRECTLY involved in my transaction, and no one has responded. It's been a week and a half now that I've been reaching out and no one has contacted me to help resolve my issues and help find peace of mind. The sales team were great in person, but the lack of communication and not keeping me updated on the status of my loan and car is highly unprofessional and extremely irritating.

This was the best car transaction I’ve ever experienced, Tom Husby made the process so simple and really brought me ease of mind with the options he payed out. Typically I’m skeptical of car salesman, but there was no pressure dealing with him! Great personality but honest person. I don’t think I could’ve met a more professional salesman! I will definitely be back!

Love my 2015 Wrangler! Had a few mechanical problems after purchasing it. They we're willing to work with us and help us fix the issues!

Straightforward and honest. I came with my guns loaded ready to go and they were well prepared and had their games faces on. I came in bought my truck and left in under an hour.

Questions & Answers

Why did Zach lie to us and put my boyfriends truck in my name? I specifically told him not to. Now I can't get approved for my mortgage because I have HIS debt in MY name. What are you people gonna do about it?

You might be able to call and have them remove your name from the auto loan. The new loan documents without your name paired with the lack of debt on your credit might be enough to get you pre-approved for the mortgage loan. Good luck!
