My daughter, who is a UNCC student, took her car here for the 2nd time to get an oil change ONLY. The manager told her she "needed" an engine flush, an A/C check-up and recharge, tire rotation, this and that...and of course, she is 19 and didn't know any better, so for the 2nd time had a bill for $ 400.00 and had to call home to get the bill paid. She didn't need ANY of the services...an engine flush??? Her AC had recently been serviced at home and was blowing cold as it can be (so a full A/C tune up and recharge was completely unnecessary). Please DO NOT AGREE to any other services you did not ask for! They will take advantage of a young unexperienced, especially female customer! I had 2 conversations with the manager and of course, he insisted he was only looking out for her to be driving a safe vehicle. Believe me, her vehicle was safe and didn't need $ 400 worth of services at your JL twice within 6 months! VERY DISAPPOINTED and UPSET how this was handled to pressure these young ladies.

10/10 excellent customer service!! Exceeded my expectations (way better than take 5, that’s where I went last time). I honestly really hate getting oil changes done but S/O to Rynell & Daryl. The only 2 employees working today. They were amazing, answered all my questions, respectful, kind and really informative and knowledgeable!! 👏🏼👏🏼

I went in to get some service but I was informed I didn't not need it! The gentleman was kind to let me know of my condition of the vehicle and filled my tires with air so I could be on my way. I really appreciate him for doing that and giving me some really helpful knowledge of the situation. Couldn't be more grateful of the help!
