Van, who I believe is the owner was very professional and very transparent with the entire process. He was very communicative on timelines and so kind. I was hit by a crazy person after having my brand new Mercedes for only one month, due to supply chain limits it was challenging getting my car into a repair shop in a reasonable time. Moore's Body Shop is wonderful! I called around to a few shops but Moore's by far and away had the best customer service and the best price of all the places I talked to. My passenger side mirror broke off and they replaced my mirror in about 15 minutes with an original manufacturer part. They did a wonderful job! The whole thing cost about $200 less than the dealer quoted me for the same project. I enjoyed chatting with Dalton while my mirror was being replaced. I will ABSOLUTELY use them again.
